30-Day Return & Refund Policy
- Return Window: Eligible physical items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and with all original packaging, hardware, and accessories included.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with clear photos/videos; we will provide replacement parts, a replacement product, or a refund (we cover return shipping for our errors).
- Change of Mind: If you return for personal reasons, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.
