30-Day Return & Refund Policy
Nuvlight offers a 30-day return policy for eligible physical products purchased from nuvlight.com.
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item meets the return conditions listed below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and uninstalled.
- The item must be in its original condition.
- The item must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and hardware.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
Items that have been installed, modified, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at service@nuvlight.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue so our team can review your request.
For approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Nuvlight may provide replacement parts, a replacement item, or a refund, depending on the situation.
If the item needs to be returned due to damage, defect, or our error, Nuvlight will cover the return shipping cost.
3. Returns for Personal Reasons
If you would like to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or the product does not fit your space, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
For returns due to personal reasons:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Nuvlight does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
4. How to Start a Return

Please include the following information:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Once your request is reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization.
Important: Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

6. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund to your account.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund before it has shipped.
Once an order has shipped or is already in transit, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may request a return after delivery under the return policy above.
If a package is refused or returned without prior approval, return shipping costs and related fees may be deducted from the refund.
8. Warranty
Nuvlight products are covered by a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, normal wear and tear, accidents, or damage caused after delivery.
