At Nuvlight, we do our best to process and ship your order with care. Please review the information below to understand how your order is prepared, shipped, and delivered.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Your estimated delivery time includes both processing time and transit time:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Order Processing Time: 3–7 business days, Monday through Friday

Transit Time: 6–15 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 9–22 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, customs processing when applicable, or other factors outside our control.

During peak seasons, promotional periods, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer than usual.

2. Delivery Area

United States

We currently provide standard shipping across the United States.

Outside the United States

For shipping outside the U.S., please contact us before placing your order.

Email us at service@nuvlight.com with the product name, quantity, and destination country or region. Our support team will confirm whether shipping is available and provide an estimated delivery timeline when possible.

3. Delivery Service

To deliver lighting fixtures safely and efficiently, our shipping process may include two stages depending on the product size, destination, warehouse availability, and selected shipping method.

First Stage: Transportation to the United States

Your order may first be transported to the United States by air freight or sea freight. The shipping method depends on the size, weight, and delivery requirements of the item.

Second Stage: Local Delivery in the United States

After the package arrives in the United States and completes the required transfer process, it will be handed over for local delivery.

Most standard-size packages are delivered by commonly used U.S. carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or other suitable delivery providers.

For oversized, heavy, or large lighting fixtures, delivery may be arranged by truck freight or a specialized large-item carrier.

Carrier selection is based on the package size, delivery address, and shipping requirements. Customers will receive tracking information by email once the order has shipped.

4. Order Confirmation & Shipping Notification

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours after the package has been dispatched. In some cases, carrier tracking updates may take a little longer to appear.

5. Address Changes & Order Cancellations

Please review your shipping address and contact information carefully before placing your order.

Address Changes

If you need to correct your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at service@nuvlight.com.

We will do our best to help before the order is processed. However, once an order has been processed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or is already in transit, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item after it has shipped, you may request a return after delivery according to our Refund Policy.

6. How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you can track it using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Please enter the tracking number on the carrier’s official website to view the latest delivery updates.

If you have trouble tracking your package or your tracking information has not updated for several days, please contact us at service@nuvlight.com.

7. Delayed, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If your package is delayed, appears to be missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged packages, please include clear photos of the package, product, and any damaged parts. This helps us review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
